What's with superheroes and destroying cities as equally as much as villains. I swear in one episode Superman leveled down and ENTIRE FUCKING HOSPITAL and that just wasn't a big enough deal. Y'know there tend to be people in hospitals but whatever.

It's the lesser of two evils...one smashed up hospital is worth saving the whole planet.

I am not concerned with that. This is the best damn Superman scene ever. Someone has needed to bitch-slap Darksied for a long time.

Except in the episode where he smashed the hospital, it turns out he was actually wrong and he caused a whole lot of damage for nothing.

Did Superman at least apologize and say 'My bad'? Destroying a hospital does seem like something Superman would avoid doing if he could.

In a way, but not specific to the hospital just the whole mess he made. The fact that a hospital got crushed was just like nothing to anyone. It didn't seem abandoned to me so I don't know why it would be that way.

There used to be a funny comic called 'Damage Control' which was about the construction team that is called to fix things after Superhero/Supervillain fights wreck stuff.

They'd get an awful lot of work, I wonder what the insurance policies for people in live in universes with Superheroes are?

Just the cost of doing business in the big city. And that company had access to equiptment that can fix things without having to rebuild them from scratch.
