Just Funny

I wasn't aware that teachers were allowed to shout a student's grade from across the room in front of everyone like that. I guess if the teacher in "War Games" did it, than its okay then.

I never humiliated a kid like that when I was teaching. I know what it feels like. Miss Freezorger (who we called Miss Freezerbag) told everyone I failed a french test and I was so insensed that I got up and went to walk out. When I put my hand on the doorknob she said, "If you leave, mister, it's over for you." I thought for a second and then punched the wall. It was one of those old plaster walls and like in a cartoon, the plaster crack went right up to the ceiling as everyone gasped. I just walked to the Principals office after that and waited for the storm to begin.

So THAT teacher is lucky I wasn't a T-Rex or I would have really spread the chaos.

When I was in school. Teachers never told us our grades out loud, there were rules against that of course, but you'd get plenty of slackers and do-nothing types loudly proclaiming with pride that they "Got a "D!"

It was just frustrating, for someone to break out this "I don't care" kind of attitude, when the rest of us were working hard for what we did get, regardless of whether we were satisfied with it or not.
