The finest Christmas movie ever made is "Die Hard." Don't get me wrong, "Nightmare Before Christmas" was pretty good, too. Like the part where Jack Skellington, pursued by elf snipers in a gunship sleigh, leaps off an exploding rooftop with a firehose tied around his waist, rappels down a skyscraper, shoots open a window as he swings into it, enjoys a brief respite of relief when he realizes the plummeting hose caddy is dragging him back out again to his certain death and undoes the knot just in the nick of time. And he runs across broken glass with his bare feet before shooting Oogie Boogie with a handgun he has secreted on his person with mailing tape, ending the Nakatomi Plaza hostage situation. Oh, that's right. That was actually in "Die Hard." The prosecution rests. =P

I still can't get over that the Disney Channel isn't showing this film this year!
